Sales And Customer Support Representative Needed

We are looking for someone young who works hard but enjoys having a bit of fun too. Someone who has great communication skills and are comfortable dealing whith clients on the phone. Someone who graps new concepts quickly and are keen to learn. Do you want to work for SA's coolest leading up and coming online retailer?

What we want from you

Solid sales and customer support background and/or you are keen to learn.
Great communicator and good telephone skills.
Experience or passion for the internet and internet technologies.
Someone who is a quick learner.

A New And Exciting Year :-)

Its always hard getting back fro mteh December Holidays and trying to get back into the working mode. It was nice to have a break but we were still working hard to come up with ideas and innovations to improve the customer experience on our store and decide what new and cool brands and products to bring to YOU our customers that will ultimately put a smile on your face.

Just a bit off topic here but have you played DJ Hero yet? Wow I cant tell you how much fun I had with a couple of mates on that game and the little turntable and mixer controller you get with it. As you progress in the game you unlock new turntable skins, stages and even DJ's. Currently I am using Daft Punk who are kitted out with a totally different setup to the other DJ's and are wearing their silver costumes and look like they are robots from out of space or something. One of the stages you play you get to mix Daft Punk Around The World with a Queen track and it sounds AWESOME. Do yourself a favour and give it a go.

Anyway hope you all had an awesome festive season and got those batteries recharged and we look forward to shopping with you in 2010.

After a lot of hard work our blog is finally up :-) To say the least we are really excited as we have a lot to share with all our Buycool friends. When we started Buycool the aim was not just to sell and list products but to also provide people with information and reviews regarding some of the products we sell. As mentioned before, we use a lot of the products we sell so we will be giving you some personal insights to these products and just how they work for us.

Buycool Launch Party at Apple i-Store Sandton TONIGHT!

At long last, a party! After months of working late into the night we can finally celebrate late into the night. The Buycool launch is being hosted by Apple, at the i Store in Sandton tonight. Many thanks must go to the Apple staff for making it possible. It's great to know that Apple is a fan of Buycool, as we are even bigger fans of theirs. Apple is the pinacle of cool and without doubt the coolest brand we stock.

50 of Buycool's favourite friends, and some we hope will become new friends, will be there to enjoy an exciting evening with us. It will be an opportunity for everyone to play with some of the coolest products Apple have to offer and even get inside tips from the Apple Staff on how to get the best out their products.

We're sorry we couldn't have you all there, but we have made a plan to make sure you don't feel left out. The Buycool photographer will be there to document the fun and we'll post the pictures on the blog for you to enjoy!
