You can order from our website and email us ANYTIME but if you would like to collect an item or you would like to call us our operating hours are as follows…

Monday to Thursday (Excluding Public Holidays) 09.00 to 16.00
Fridays (Excluding Public Holidays) 09.00 to 15.00


How long does an item take to be delivered from the time I order it?
We aim to deliver all items within 2 to 4 workings days from the day that the funds have reflected in our bank account. Extended delivery time may occur and it is dependent on items ordered, stock availability and destination of the delivery.


Do you only sell and deliver products into South Africa?
No but special arrangements need to be made if delivering to or ordering from a country other than South Africa. Please email us on sales@buycool.co.za or call us on 0878025286 if this is the case and please take note that shipping costs quoted at time of checkout are only for products being delivered to a South African address.


What different payment options do you have?
We allow EFT or Direct Deposit and accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs start at R59 and are calculated according to the weight of the item/s ordered.


Who delivers my order?
We use Courierit and Fastway to deliver your items depending on where the parcel is being sent to.


Can I collect my order?
Yes our address is 93 North Rand Road, Kempton Park 1619.


Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order and because we use different courier companies for different locations we will supply you with all the information you need to track your order in your confirmation email once your order is completed.


Is my parcel insured?
Yes all parcels are insured by us and that is included in our standard shipping rates.


How secure is it to use a credit card to pay on your website?
We use the services of Virtual Card Services to handle all credit card transactions made on our website. We also have a 128bit encrypted SSL certificate installed on our domain to handle sending sensitive data over a network. Virtual Card Services is a secure online payment gateway that also has 128bit encryption which means that you can feel confident using your credit card or creating an account on our site. Can I create an account even if I am not buying at immediately?
Yes of course you can.


Do I have to subscribe to the mailing list when creating a new account?
No you do not have to but we would strongly recommend it as you will be first to know about our awesome specials, promotions and latest products.


If I do not see the product on your website can I still request it?

If I see a product being sold cheaper elsewhere will you match that price?
Yes we will certainly try our best and since we source our products from a host of suppliers we are pretty sure we can at least match most prices offered by anyone else.


Are your products covered with a warranty?
Yes all products sold on www.buycool.co.za are covered by a warranty and that duration is dependent on the brand and distributor of that specific item.


What should I do if a product is faulty?
The first step is to email us on sales@buycool.co.za or call us on 0878025286 to explain to us what is faulty with the product and we will handle it from there.


What should I do if a product I ordered is out of stock?
With the amount of products we sell and the volumes being sold it is not always possible to keep track of stock levels of every item and sometimes when ordering an item that is listed as “in stock” it could be out of stock. If this is the case we will call you to notify you when the product will be in stock and if there are similar items are available that we can offer we will.


Can we handle and give discounts on bulk orders?
